Any information displayed in the app (including asset prices, valuations, or market data) is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Sora shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible. Arbitration shall be conducted in English under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sora regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
